Reiki Healing Sessions
Rooted in ancient principles from various spiritual traditions, particularly Japanese and Chinese traditions, energy healing focuses on the awareness and harmonization of the body's energetic flow. Through subtle and time-honored techniques, this practice aims to support a sense of inner balance. The underlying intention is to nurture vitality and a deeper connection with oneself, fostering an authentic sense of well-being.
The Five Reiki Principles (Gokai)
Introduced by Mikao Usui, the founder of Usui Reiki, these five principles invite us to cultivate presence, serenity, and harmony in our daily lives. They are traditionally recited each day as a source of inspiration and reflection.
Just for today, I will not be angry.
Just for today, I will not worry.
Just for today, I will be grateful.
Just for today, I will do my work honestly and diligently.
Just for today, I will be kind to every living being.
Approach and Benefits
Through its energy-based approach and the deep relaxation it can encourage, Reiki may support a sense of well-being on both physical and emotional levels.
Many people experience Reiki as deeply calming and relaxing. It may help promote relaxation, emotional balance, inner calm, and a greater sense of harmony between the body and mind. Reiki is also often used as a complementary wellness practice to support one's overall sense of balance and well-being.
Reiki may be incorporated into a wide range of personal wellness journeys and can be adapted to individual needs and intentions.
Reiki does not replace medical care or professional healthcare services. It is a complementary approach that may be practiced alongside conventional medical care, other wellness approaches, or personal and psychological work.

The number of sessions depends primarily on your needs, goals, and personal journey.
If you are simply looking to give yourself a moment of relaxation, rest, or renewal, a single session may be perfectly appropriate.
If you would like to incorporate Reiki into a more ongoing wellness journey, a series of sessions may be considered. This approach allows for gradual support that can be adapted to your own pace.
During our first session, we will take the time to talk and determine together which approach best meets your needs and expectations, with no obligation to continue with additional sessions.
Every person is unique. There is no predetermined number of sessions and no guaranteed results. Each experience is personalized according to your individual needs.

Everyone experiences a Reiki session differently. Sensations are highly personal and may vary from one session to another.
Some people describe a pleasant sense of warmth, gentle tingling, deep relaxation, or a feeling of heaviness as the body gradually relaxes. Others experience a profound sense of calm, sometimes accompanied by a feeling of becoming very sleepy.
Occasionally, people may experience involuntary movements or slight muscle twitches during deep relaxation. These reactions can simply be part of the experience for some individuals.
Conversely, it is also completely possible not to experience any particular sensations during a session. This is perfectly normal and does not mean that you are not benefiting from the opportunity to relax and slow down.
For many people, the benefits they seek are experienced primarily as a sense of relaxation, calm, or overall well-being during the session or in the days that follow. Since every person is unique, each experience is different.
Reiki is a complementary wellness practice. Sensations and perceived effects are subjective, vary from person to person, and cannot be guaranteed.
